From the Diplomatic Corps of the King of Prussia
PRUSSIA
To the nations of the world,
Greetings and salutations from his Highness, the King of Prussia,
The ancient Kingdom of Prussia extends her hand in friendship to the nations of the world, with the hope and prayer that peace will reign in the next century. Prussia is concerned with the growth of arms in Europe and the growth of radical political elements as well.
Prussia has no colonial aspirations. Prussia is focused on one goal alone--the unification of the scattered Germanic states into a singular political entity under the enlightened leadership of the Prussian King. Such a nation would act as a stabilizing influence in central Europe, ensuring a balance of power between the nations.
Prussia greatly desires improved relations between Prussia, Austria and Russia, and would be very interested in a formal military agreement with His Imperial Highness, the Tsar of All the Russias.
Prussia sees the British Empire, under the enlightened rulership of our sister-kinsman Victoria, a stabilzing influence in Europe and a civilizing influence in the world. The Empire truly has a Mission to Civilize, and Prussia will do all she can to assist that mission.
To the Great Republic across the Sea, Prussia extends her greetings as well, and hopes that the Prussian immigrants coming to America will aid in the building of that great nation. While the spectre of Civil War is still on the horizon, the United States can depend upon Prussia to support the Federal Union at all hazards. The thought of a Great Power breaking apart due to Radical elements sickens the Prussian King--such disorder cannot be allowed to exist in a Civilized Nation.
To the Kingdom of France. Prussia has no desire to expand westward, nor intervene in French affairs in North Africa. Defensive structures will be built along the German frontier; as the old saying goes, "Good Fences make Good Neighbors." Prussia is planning on guaranteeing the independence of Belgium and recommends that France does the same to ensure a neutral Belgium between our Great Powers.
To the Emperor of Austria, our Germanic brethernen to the South. Prussia has no desire to push into Austrian territory, but instead desires Austrian assistance in the unifcation of a North German State. This, sadly, may mean conflict with the scattered city-states that currently divide Prussia. While both our states are allied to these nations, we respectfully suggest that Austria withdraw her protection and allow Prussia to bring them under her enlightened rule. In exchange, Prussia will always be Austria's staunchest friend, providing financial and technical aid, along with military support, whenever Austria calls.
To the nations of the Italian peninsula. Prussia also faces the problem of a scattered and shattered people. Only through unity can peace be assured; Prussia is firmly in favor of a single Italian state.
To the Ottoman Turks. Prussia has no political interest in the Balkans, but will fully support Austrian and Russian goals in relation to the Ottoman Empire.
With Peace and Stability Towards All,
His Royal Majesty, the King of Prussia
