-triggert all events pre 1620
-some dp cliks alowed wich was +3off+1qual+1centra
-added 11warships and 20transports so it has a starting fleet to transport his conqs

Nice session for Holland. Colonized a load of provinces, took a CoT (thanks to the great french monarch), got another random one and increased trade like a madman. Although England kept competing me out of my own CoTs, resulting in a "suposed" temporarily embargo. When i was about to cancel it, they embargo us as well.

Well, actually there is a big war taking place between Austria and France, but that started nearly when we were finishing the session. About russia, they were subbed, and then ghosted. I do think your income really improved a lot, since i saw russian mercs everywhere (even with your louisy TE).
Btw, if we keep like this, Drake will even suceed to fire the "French gamble for supremacy" event (in the nappy era).

That agreement was before i took the CoT. You dont want to forbid me from getting monopolies on my own CoTs, do you?

England has IMO a rigth to have 5 merchants there which is far older than your upstart nation. And as far as ownership goes I consider that cot as neutral ground.
