It is an interesting region from what I have seen. Potential for a lot of money because of trade to China, complications in expansion at the same time and you are of course always right there on the edge if China wants to flex its muscle or the Mongols make a move.
I am honestly impressed that the Holy Roman Empire has managed to hold onto their little piece of land in the middle East. Good for them I don't see that a lot.

So victory! It came in unexpected ways but I am not too proud to not take what I can get. Take that Mongol rulers of China!
We are in a pretty good place right now. With victory to the east now we just have to worry a little about the Mongols which I am not so afraid of. Everyone else well mostly I can win most wars now with a mighty crushing invasion over any defensive pact.
If all the other nations could just fracture with rebels it would be so easy to expand!
