Greetings fellow Emperors,

I just feel to drop this note. After 1.500 hours, I took a break from EU4 for 1.5 years (watched the forum occasionally). Back then, I got lost in a “Frozen Assets” campaign, clicking rebels in China for hours . . .

Now back into EU4 for already 4 months, I have a blast again! Great Devs and Community, Dev diarys, Community Q+A thread, Streamers etc. Calling EU4 a “game” wouldn’t even justify, it’s an impressing immersion experience with history :)

So, keep it up for good!
Cheers

PS: I personally love the new personalizations of Monuments, Idea groups, Merc armies. Particularly, the latter change has screwed some established strategies, but since I’m new again, it comes easy at least for me to accept it as a new challenge.

PPS: I bought all the new DLCs, to make me and Paradox happy and contribute to keep the game running, what a natural beauty of co-existence :p

Having taken a break from paradox for 7 years, I got back into EUIV 4 months ago and I am really having a blast playing about 30-50 hours a week. I feel a much happier and less stressed person since then.

I also took a 6 years break and started playing again last year. Game is in a much better condition and they've added lots of flavors. There are still lots of things they can do but I'm fine with it. I'm currently playing my first attempt at a WC/OF game. Wish me good luck!
