Thumbs Up Icons Bleed Onto Adjacent Characters in Lists When Mouse Wheel Scrolling

Like the thread title says, when you're perusing a list of characters where the thumbs-up icons are used to indicate that the character would accept an invitation to your court or plot, and you use the mouse wheel to scroll, the green thumbs up icons will bleed onto adjacent characters. The only way to get them to go away is to scroll back the way you came, but then there are problems when you're trying to see the end of a list so scrolling back will take the characters you're looking at off the screen.

If necessary, I'm sure I could get a screenshot of a landed person with the thumbs up icon to prove the bug exists.

P.S.: Please add thumbs up functionality to the main character tab for people who would accept an invitation to your court. Would make things so much better.

EDIT: Actually happens with the thumbs down icons too.

I took a couple screenshots illustrating the problem. I also confirmed that it happens with ALL forms of scrolling, not just with the mouse wheel.
