Hi! I have three questions:
1. I don't understand the color scheme for the provinces. Do the colors signal type of terrain? What does each color stand for?
2. How come my computer keeps crashing to the desktop when I reach a certain date? I have 192 mb of memory.
3. Why is it that my version doesn't have the glorious fold-up map all the reviewers I've read have raved about? Does that only come with the North American version? I'm in the Philippines.
In case you're wondering, my version is legit and registered.
Will be extremely grateful for any help.

1. The color indicates terrain. There is also some graphics in each terrain like trees, mountains, dunes etc. Look at them closely and you will find it´s pretty obvious.
"Empty" provinces are plains.

2. There have been a lot of complaints about crashes to the desktop. I suggest you download some patch. The latest one is 1.7. The games gets kinda different from 1.6 so I suggest you download 1.5 for a start.

3. I have a map and I´ve never used it.

2. Ask for help in the support forum, read the sticky threads there first though.

3. Not all publishers included the map.

It's nice, but it's only slightly useful when making scenarios, and not at all useful when playing... unless you use it as a guide for efficient exploration, but where's the fun in that?
 :D

NA and Scandinavian included it, I don't think I've heard about any others that did.

There is a map with the province ID# on it, that is better for editing purposes. You can find the link in the scenario forum.
