Three People, One Country

Wouldnt it be nice if you could split up a country with a few people. For example, its mid 1943 as germany. Three fronts are going on. You have the Western, Eastern and Southern(africa)

Each person takes a diffrent front and commands all the units in that area.

OR

One guy does the land, One sea and one air.

Hows that?

Wouldn't it be neat if I could assign, like...different possible ministers throughout the game to various ministries?
