Suggestions:Thoughts on improving the overall feel and gameplay of Juggernauts in CK2
Hello all,
Following this discussion on the general forums, I'd like to hear people's thoughts on these suggestions and if/how they could be implemented if the community likes them.

To keep it basic:
- Tying vassal levies morale (i.e. loyalty) to the opinion of their respective liege not only the troops themselves but also in regards to the rate at which they are replenished. Unhappy vassals would not only provide less troops (if any at all) but those would have lower morale (quality) and train slower. Flanks of consisting of overall lower morale attached levies would have a chance of routing immediately if the morale discrepancy was high enough.
- Keep vassal levies/mercenaries under their own banner even if attached to main army each with their own "moral factor"
- Vassals could refuse to provide levies outright depending on opinion/CA if it was low enough (partly implemented already).
- Victories gain prestige (dependent on the size of your holdings and of your forces) especially when obtained against a superior opponent (almost none of you outnumber the enemy 5:1) BUT defeats would cost a significant amount as well. As en example, a major defeat à la Manzikert could easily bring a young untested emperor in the negative, already undermining stability before even considering other factors. Having your ruler captured in battle is disastrous and would almost always mean civil war. Unless you have very well established succession laws/CA/very good successor.
- Lower base crown authority to limited for the HRE and medium for the ERE and make give anything above that a LEGALISM tech requirement not obtainable until the mid 13th/early 14 century.
- Tweak the "Vassals raised for too long" mechanic further so that it would take casualties/attrition into account when considering your vassals opinion and revolt risk. This would simulate a general "war exhaustion" mechanic. Vassals (or everyone for that matter) should be pissed if you waste their levies... a lot and will eventually want your head.
- Give the Seljuk s an initial holy war CB on the entire Cappadocia (central Anatolia) region. Upon victory, all non contiguous/ foreign territory in the ERE would have a high chance of revolting.
- Give a -foreign modifier to all non Germanic vassals of the HRE or (any emperors of other culture already gets it)
I would like to see an Investiture Crisis event chain being created with excommunications and huge prestige/vassal opinion (especially bishops) loss if the Pope wins it.
This is probably hard-coded but I would also like the AI to lift sieges in counties that they are assaulting if they are at risk of being engaged/destroyed by a superior force.
What do you guys think? Are these realistic/attainable/moddable goals?
