Having played release for some time I noticed a serious drawback compared to Demo: I kinda dislike buildings balance changes.

In demo Castle Village, Church Village and Town Market cost 50 gold, in release - 100 gold. Yes, they yield more income now but... Your vassals are a lot less effective now!

In demo first things they built were Palisades and Villages, because they are cheap and increase income. As a result, their income grew and they could afford more expensive army-buildings.
In release version they almost never choose Villages as their first improvement and prefer stuff like Guard Quarters. As a result, they tend to get less income (more levy => more upkeep during wars) and be less effective managing their holdings.

Also, since overall money output of buildings was increased, you may get too much money late game...
