Thought on Charlemagne?

With the newest Dev Diary showing Viceroys ,Vassa Limits and Regency how does the CK 2 team want to intregrate this features and change them?

For the most part, our plan is to integrate things as vanilla, then change them as we notice issues or ways to improve it. With as tight lipped as paradox has been about Charlemagne I'd rather not make a plan just to have some tiny difference between the expectation and reality ruin it.
