Yes, the French challanged Rhineland and now the Brits drive up WT with their requests. Also, I remember reading months ago a complaint that beating the French in this war as Germany only installs a Communist France which is rather silly and frustrating. Good to know it isn't fixed.

Well, once you go ahistorical and deny Rhineland managing WT becomes someone irrelevant. It does look like a bug, but there are many disconnects in diplomacy and focus code when you go ahistorical.
