Ok, just checking with people. When(if) you play as an African nation, do you have strange plaid like patches below the province names? As I do? In fatc, just tried a game as Zaimbabwe. The top portion of the info screen(the one with the map modes) and the bottom were gone. Any idea what the blazes is going on? As it is rahter disheartening to try and play one of these nations(BTW, seems that it is every nation/ province I know of when I choose an African nation. Other provinces are like mine, with the plaid "kilt-like" bits below the province names) and have that visual distraction. The game itself seems fine, so perhaps this is more of an aesthetic thing than a bug report type thing.
