I'm testing some changes to defines.lua now. I.e. those:I do agree with the issue of broken naval mechanics... still not sure when PDX will do anything to fix it (if it is even possible)

NDefines.NNavy.COMBAT_ARMOR_PIERCING_CRITICAL_BONUS = 2.0
The idea is to make "no penetration = no crit" type of things, and to double the penetration bonus instead. As of yet, I can't comment on how it actually works with these settings, though.
I'm not entirely convinced you can deliver a critical hit to a tank by shooting bullets, and that's what effectively happens with default settings.
