A few questions about this achievement:

- Do you have to start 1444?
- Is any country a target or does only France count?
- Do you have to get the 100% WC while they have the revolts or after they've fallen to the revolution?

My current approach is a later start date, start as Austria, eat up a lot of land with nationalism CB and wait for France to fall.

All achievments (with exception of one) require start of 1444 Ironman.

Any revolution target - country who has fallen to the Revolution (Rev. Country - so Rev. Ottomans, Rev. Russia etc.), you have to get 100% warscore against them - which means you have to occupy all their provinces (it took me as Ottomans around twenty-something years. I had to ditch some dip group ideas so I could grab exploration idea group to find where they hid their last province :p (foolishly enough, I couldn't do it immiediately because a little bit earlier, like a retard I spent too much dip points on reducing war exhaustion from beloved Call for Peace. - after realising I could sit at 20 WE without any problem :p)

Thanks for the help!

1444 start? Oh dear. France is probably not the best target then because they usually have a colonial Empire spanning into Asia which makes it horrible to siege 100% - and if you prevent that by taking all their coast lines they are too small to get their special Rev. events I think.

Ok, so I'll probably fast forward a current blobbing game and wait for any revolutions to start. They do that around the end of the 18th century, right?

The events determining who becomes the revolution are semi random I believe and the country most likely to fall will be one that has been getting wrecked. I got this against rev. Ottomans, I had been hurting them for 50 years reducing them to Anatolia when they switched, winning the stop the rev war was easy at that point. So my advice would be to try and target a non colonial empire in the mid 1700's and hope they pop.
