Yeah, that's how I feel about it too... I thought the whole point of having custom nations was to basically redraw the world map as you see fit. Doesn't limiting that ruin the whole purpose of having them there in the first place?Wha... what? Really, what?! What is the purpose of this? This kills so big part of custom nations fun - I was intending to create a bunch of Middleearth custom nations (Gondor, Mordor etc) bordering and fighting each other!
This hardly matters when the world is already -custom-.One possibility was to stop a player from creating a whole bunch of opms around them that they can quickly expand into.

Was this added in the latest patch? This makes creating a custom world near impossible, as custom nations literally cannot touch each other at all...
I see... Though it ruins the whole point of being able to save custom worlds and edit them later though, in my opinion. This only applies if you are adding a custom nation to a save - not if you are creating custom nations from a historical start.
I would LOVE to hear the rationale behind making this change without discussing the consequences. My mind is blown.
whew, I was worried for a second. This only applies if you are adding a custom nation to a save - not if you are creating custom nations from a historical start.
