Not posting in the bug reports cause I'm not sure if it's a bug, but this old problem/glitch/thing/feature is still here in 2.5.2 which I am playing now. Correct me if it's been fixed as of latest patch but I don't think so.
Basically the problem is if a vassal of a revolt or any enemy for that matter decides to raise their levies and tag along with the title owner you're at war with's army, and the game identifies that vassal's army as the leader of the whole army, you get no warscore from the battle. I am sure you have all experienced this.
Theoretically a vassal of a revolt could tag along 200 men to a 10k strong army, and me killing 7k of those soldiers, I would get 0 warscore from it. Which is just what happened to me then...
