Okay, so shattered world tribal start. I'm the only Non-tribal in the game at the moment. Within a couple of years of turning feudal, this happens. I think the disease algorithms need looking at.

This is a known issue which they sadly don't consider high priority. Sorry! Best not to play the only feudal realm in a random world, it's totally bugged because ALL diseases will spawn in your realm (and their number doesn't decrease just because you're the only realm they can spawn in).
Welcome to the world of Paradox random where they simply forget edge cases exist. Same thing with the seduction focus which they tried to balance with making ai less likely to take it. Guess what, if you have a sufficiently large realm still every women will get lover's pox as a gift for their 16th birthday.
Why game breaking? You just don't rush to feudalism.
It basically makes a tribal start world all but impossible to play. I would actually class it as game breaking.
I've seen some people call the dev's to a thread before, but I don't know how it is done. Can someone please do that please, because this game is a writeoff in this situation.
This 'minor problem' needs to be re-revaluated, because a 'tribal world' is now part of the official (if ahistorical) game. I'm assuming the whole situation is a case of 'unforeseen side effects'
