No. I'm not 100% sure how the configuration is, but at least moderators can mark their posts as moderation posts, but that's not the same as dev. Moderation posts will have yellow text (like SAS above). Dev posts have black background.

Great! One of problems I had in the previous forum was the icon saying that a dev made a post there, just to learn that it was in fact just some moderation.

Of course that could be the case if the dev is also a moderator. But now they should be able to select if they post as regular user/dev/moderator.

Multiple times yes, but not whenever you like. Give it a short while and it won't be editable.
I would hope that they at least allow editing of the first post in a created thread at anytime.

Ugh. Yeah, I guess that is what happened to my thread starter. I did not edit again in time to remove my first edit. LOL!
And, just to let everyone know, "short while" is just a few minutes (maybe 5?), not like an hour.
