This forum requires that you wait 500 seconds between searches????

Hi,

I'm not sure where else to post this, but I'm trying to search the forums, and no matter what I type in, I am just told...

"This forum requires that you wait 500 seconds between searches. Please try again in 468 seconds."

This happens even the first time I search, and never returns search results. Please help this is frustrating.

Yes, it's to ease the pain on the server. It used to be disabled for a very long time before that!

You can always use google to search the forum by adding site:forum.paradoxplaza.com to the google query.

To ease the pain on the server?? I can understand that if I submit multiple searches, but doing it to me on one single search?? Whats the point of a search feature then?

I then get taken to a page where it says I don't have permissions to post here. Now why would that be?

We've been lacking searches for as long as I can remember and apparently even before that according to heresay. I'd pay $5 a month to get it personally.
