Thirty Years War triggers?

I thought the trigger was a Protestant elector... But since the reformation has started(~1495) Bohemia has been Protestant as an elector and there is even a Reformed elector too if that counts. Anyway, the year is 1530 but the event still hasn't triggered.
I have AoW active but dunno, what are the other triggers? Shouldn't it have happened untill now?

There's a time requirement too, as far as I know. Some time after 1600 I think.
