i'd like to see opinion from everybody

due bad events ect my central was pushed all the way to 0 in the game now due that 0central civil war didn't trigger so cromwell will never take over england and i will loose a total os 5to 6events at the very least cause of this single event missing

i'd like to ask if this single event is triggert for england usng a option so the strugle within england can continiu with civil war as a start

note : i already have cromwell as leader so won't matter if trigger or not i wil have him same for the rest but i feel i loose alot of flavor to england if there is no strugle for the throne of england like what apeared to have been historicle

Deflation (4 / (max(mayor coverage, .1) + infra level / 50) . So for example, if you're at .2 mayor coverage and infra 6, a point of deflation would cost you (4 / (.2 + .12) ) = 12.5 points. If you have .25 mayor coverage and you're at infra 10, a point of deflation would cost you (4 / (.25 + .2) = 8.88 points. If you're at infra 1 and have no mayors, deflation will cost you (4 / (.1 + .1)) = 20 points. Note that all points here will be rounded up to the nearest quarter point. So if it would cost you 12.1234 to do something, it will actually cost you 12.25, etc.

Two more things:

In response to HAL's query, I will not allow the sale of fleets in this game. Land/naval 5 is there for a reason, so no one should be hideously unable to build a navy themselves.

Additionally, I'm adding a new command for the transfer of vassals, since drake just asked me if this was possible (and it is).

I almost forgot! J.P. asked me to do also some economic info, but I was to lazy and made only few points. Look at this and add some ideas if you have time:

1. Trade level too low (ENG, SWE and AUS has higher)

2. Infra good so far

2. Inflation - no comment

3. Income - second in the world, but still below 300, which is unacceptable with so many colonies to develop

4. Traders too expensive - maybe we should think about mercantlising country a little?

5. Spain need more COTs

6. King should ordered to build more legal counsels

7. More weapon manufactury will be very usefull - 1 so far

Hal and I made a deal about Hal's vassals, Sardinia and Corsica. The way we planned to arrange this was through a fake war next session, me dowing Spain and Hal calling his two vassals in. With the new rule, this won't be possible.

Since these lands aren't necessarily owned by Hal, transfering them via edit is a little dubius. Not because I'd be saving a lot of effort by it; Hal's vassals would be incredibly easy to defeat. The BB saved would help, but wouldn't matter greatly. The problem is it would set a precedent for future peace deals involving annexation of player's vassals.

On the other hand, it might not be a problem at all. We all know that in game annexations of one prov minors are not difficult at all. The BB could be simply tacked on in the edits, with perhaps a minor subtraction of prestige or gold to boot. Would this be ok? Otherwise, those minors are going to be there for the rest of the game I'm sure .
