You're probably right cheech. Either the prestige points need to be decreased or the costs for using prestige should be increased. I intended prestige points to be *somewhat* cheap compared to power, so I wanted them to be plentiful. I also wanted to allow larger countries to be able to increase tax value on relatively the same percentage of provinces as small countries, hence the increase in prestige for that. Additionally, the 10 points for existing was to ensure that everyone, no matter how terrible their session was, could have at least one order.
And re: Scotland, I'm going to have to say no, especially while we lack a Spain and now a Sweden. All a Scotland would serve to do would be to annoy drake as England, and while that's not necessarily a bad thing
, there are more important countries to be filled. Tell you what though, if you can find me a Spain, Sweden, and Poland, you can be Scotland
(no not really, but it'd be nice...
).
And HAL, we'd be glad to have you as well. Do you have a preference for your country?
And is everyone fine with moving the game to 22:30 CET start time? I'd prefer a time when everyone can make the session on time. And since our Brandenburg player can only come at that time, I think we'll plan on starting then as long as there are no objections.
