I meant that it is obvious that current patch is 1.09 and I installed correctly eu2 and all mods.

btw your 1419-scenario shows 12 major European nations which can be selected and does that mean that limit is "only" 12 nation and non-european (Asian states) wont be played althought they seems to be annexed in your current game.

Well, Persia was played in this game (and had its usual effect of hampering Ottoman growth severely, dammit).

The played states are almost always centered on Europe, since player interaction and not AI bashing is the focus of the campaigns. Having a player in China for example, will just soak up bandwidth and will lead to him having conquered all of Asia by the time the naval players get there. Better to have a player in Poland/Holland/Venice or such instead.

Yeah, I know what you mean. China is hyperpower if it is played 1419 but... in your current game Russia owns China and has its cultures and Poland and BB/Prussia has disappered on map... well you got the point. Isnt that any gamebreaking?

systems can be always tweak

anyway seems like some players have screwd up because Russia and OE are superpowers but what I would lke to know did Poland and BB players quit or where they eated alive
Russia is a superpower. OE isn't. OE is Russia's vassal. These two may be able to beat Austria 2v1, but I don't think they would beat Austria and Venice together, if at even odds (they haven't yet, AFAIK).

In case anybody missed it, I will make it painfully clear that

Spain broke the NAP Netherlands had signed with them.

Obviously, a NAP with Spain can not be trusted. Be advised of this, all ye nations.

Yesyes :). NAPs have been broken before in this game. Remember that the most untrustworthy player is actually on YOUR side right now (Venice, but of course you already knew that).

(Forgive me Mulli) OE is a superpower? :p

No, it isnt :). But careful management could perhaps bring it slightly higher on the list of powerful states.

It was actually the need for protection that drove the Turks into vassalization with Russia. I have been in quite dire straits almost every session for the past century and a half (imploding invasions, European provinces occupied, an incredible number of stabhits, rebels EVERYWHERE, never having naval control of the Aegean and surrounding waters), but the territorial and inflationary losses have been minimal. So something has been done right, thankfully.

Actually, I haven't broken a NAP yet this game, or done anything even remotely untrustworthy. You, on the other hand, broke our 100 year NAP, and even convinced Russia to break the NAP he had with me this session!

Ah Dane, you should write a list of what to edit with your Venice as it got a wee-bit messed up. Also if I recall correctly, HAL is about to make you do the edits. :nods:

And I don't think OE had to convince Russia to break the nap as OE was his vassal so thats a NAP breach. At least in my book.

Err, how does you breaking the NAP lead to me breaking the NAP? Very interesting really.

the spaniards are so far one of the most trustworthy nations in the game. Surely you did something very evil and unaceptable for them to do such thing.

also, i checked the save, and i was at full maintnance, and some warships atritioned away, is it ok if i request them edited back and half of maintance costs added to the treasury? John also spoke of some bug which kept sweden at 63% mint, is it alright if i ask for some of the treasury to be invested ins ome techs?
