Things to vote:
1. Semi-historical leaders for POR/HLL/PER/VEN:
A. They get 1 uber each century
B. They get more randoms (max 4-5 stats) each session
C. We give them other nation leader table (for example polish one) with only names changed
2. Lacking cultures:
A. We fix magyar for Austria
B. We fix cultures for all (drake or Aladar will have to edit it)
C. No changes

1) B - what good is 1 uber if i lack leaders the rest of the time till 1580.
2) A - since i don't know what other cultures should be off?
baltic as example isnt a state culture for sweden, russia or BB. but there are the usual coastal baltic provinces...
They don't start with Baltic usually do they?? Would make more sense if they got it after actually committing something to that area.

Well thats like an insanely big, game-altering edit. I dont have any problem with the other suggestions though.
true mulli i agree arabic is a fairly huge edit but if we do this we have to be consistent either fix all or fix none, its no fair to edit for everybody but 1 for the cultures
edit: nvm i just realized persia got compensation for it by cultures in the east it seems, wich seem fair enough

I meant what would it take to fix the province cultures? Not give everyone every culture neighboring them.

arabic is in the end up to aladar who made persia (doesn't exist in 1453 i think) and he desided against that iirc

Well I vote for option D. Returning the province cultures to their correct ones instead of just adding cultures to several countries that they wouldn't have had.
