Third Way Hack?

Out of curiosity, is it possible to hack the “Third Way” achievement using a stronger nation than Oman/Pate/Mzab using religious rebs? The achievement description says “start as an Ibadi nation” but the requirements are only:
- is Ibadi
- has not changed to playing as a released vassal
- Any owned province All of the following must be true:
- is not sunni
- is not Shia

The achievement is likely not enabled when starting as a nation that is not Ibadi.

It is not possible tried to cheese it once as timurids but alas with no achievment possible, best start Propably Oman straightforward beating Hormus and the you are set... (Nubia is also starting with if someone nows someone on the wiki tried to do it with culture shifting mameluck does not work)
