PART XX : SECOND ARMISTICE AT COMPIEGNE
France signs the Armistice in the same rail carriage as Germany signed 1918 Armistice
June 4, 1940
Today, Fuhrer, Italian Foreign Minister Ciano and Japanese ambassador Saburo Kurusu signed Tripartite Pact in Berlin. Japan, Italy and Germany will be the architects of New World Order. Fuhrer wants to strenghten Germany's ties with Japan against both United States and Soviet Union.

We breached French defenses in Amiens. British government guaranteed Greek independence against possible Italian intervention. Apparently, Churchill the bloodthirsty is trying to spread the flames of war.

Lille finally falls. Our forces are advancing towards Amiens and Dunkirk pursuing French and BEF forces. British are trying to land at Dieppe probably in order to relieve Northern Pocket. Our 3 understrength motorized divisions are protecting the region. More divisions are ordered to go to the region to prevent the landing.
Il Duce sent Italian advisors to Germany for mutual-sharing of military technologies.
New railroads and autobahns were completed across German Reich.

British forces in the beaches of Dieppe are being repulsed by the arrival of new 3 motorized divisions.
Our forces arrived at Dunkirk thus cutting retreating routes of French and British forces in Lille. Now, 5 British and 5 French divisions have no choice but to surrender. 3 French divisions in Bruges are also expected to surrender soon.
Today, we are also shocked by Bolshevik betrayal to Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact. In secret protocols of M-R Pact, Lithuania was stated to be in German sphere of influence. But Bolsheviks didn't honor the agreement and began to invade Lithuania today. Fuhrer decided to remain silent other than sending a formal protest. Fuhrer said that while we are at war with the west, we can't do anything about Bolshevik expansionism.
French forces in Calais are making their last resistance before surrender.
June 7, 1940
Battle of Falaise is not going well. Arrival of French AMC-35 tanks seriously hampered their offensive. Manstein's 3 armoured divisions are moving to Evreux from Paris in order to support the offensive.

Battle of Falaise continues with the arrival of Manstein's panzers. Our panzers are also advancing towards Limoges and Tours. Western flank of French Army is completely defenseless. Important amount of French military industry also fell into our hands. It is heard that a group led by Marshal Petain is pressing to Reynaud for armistice.
June 11, 1940
Today, French government asked us conditions of possible armistice through the diplomatic channel of Spain. Fuhrer demanded the occupation of Northern France that encompassed all English Channel and Atlantic Ocean ports and annexation of Alsace-Lorraine to the German Reich. At the same time, the British offered the French government a union to prevent French surrender.

Red Army's advancement in Lithuania. The capital Kaunas fell yesterday.
Field-Marshal Petain took control of government in France and finally signed the Armistice. Fuhrer chose Compiegne forest as the location for the signing of Armistice. Thus, German Reich took revenge of humiliating 1918 Armistice. According to the terms of the Armistice, Germany will occupy Northern France and all French coasts encompassing the English Channel and Atlantic. Germany will also annex Alsace-Lorraine. When the war with Britain is concluded, Germany will give occupied territories back to French government. French politicians believes that Britain couldn't hold longer than 2 weeks without France, this thought led them to accept heavy occupation terms easier.
