In Libya, Italian Army is making very slow advance towards British positions.

Our forces entered Deportivo. A Spanish delegation arrived in Madrid and wanted armistice. Fuhrer demanded the acceptance of following conditions for an armistice.
1) Spain will be given indepence in very short time.
2) Spain will pay war reparations to Germany.
3) Spain will join the Axis.
4) Spain will not enter into foreign relations with other countries without consulting to Germany.
5) German troops will be stationed in Spain.
6) Pro-Franco elements in the Spanish leadership will be removed.

Spanish government accepted our conditions. Armistice Agreement was signed in Madrid. General Franco was arrested by the Spanish.
Fuhrer ordered German Army in Spain to capture Gibraltar.

The British landed at Antwerp today. Fuhrer ordered immediate counter-attack to drive the British to the sea.

Our forces in Eilat was trapped by American Army. Rommel is moving to El Arish to relieve them.

Battle of El Arish has begun.

Today, New Spanish government was formed. Pro-German Falangists were given important positions in the cabinet. General Franco was given death sentence by new government for high treason. As a sign of goodwill, Fuhrer gave Gibraltar to Spain.

In Palestine, We halted our offensive towards Tel Aviv, OKW ordered our motorized divisons to make tactical withdrawal towards Eilat.
