Rev. Muscovy that is. I'd appreciate some answers:

| Can I release Siberia as a client state? Does it matter that it's in Asia?

| And if it does, can I move my capital to the westernmost province I have in Asia and then release the Union of Siberian Sosialistic Republics?

| Or can I make an European client state and give it Siberia?
