I wanted to bring a small attention to some issue about Paradox Grand Strategy Title on Greenmangaming.
Last month I bought Heart of Iron III Collection at GMG which was on sales. Since GMG offers trade-in feature, some of there titles are distributed with Securom regardless of trade-in option via Capsule. (However this is not my main purpose of this thread.)
Due to this restriction, GMG's Heart of Iron III does not come with serial needed for registering game on this forum.
I contacted GMG support with multiple patient mail exchange, they couldn't help but told me the "trade-in" mechanics are in the way. (It even says the game cannot be trade-in) http://www.greenmangaming.com/s/jp/en/pc/games/strategy/hearts-of-iron-iii-collection/
So next I went directly to Paradox support which kindly gave me the serial code for HoI3 but not for HoI3 Collection (which I bought) and the problem was solved. (Even though I still have a slight disappointment...)
My intention of this post, is that I believe GMG should inform the buyer about possible "NO SERIAL" situation on Paradox Grand Strategy Titles on their sales page, because without the serial code, the buyer cannot register the game. (Which prevent the buyer from downloading manuals, beta patch and exchange and gather tips. <-kinda of important for Paradox Titles I believe.)
Or maybe GMG shouldn't be selling Paradox Titles at all for the ones that they can't offer serial code.
In any case this is not a post to put down GMG because I still purchase from them and I believe they offer good services, however I wanted to share my experience so someone doesn't end up without serial for great Paradox titles...
