in attrition to alliance system, non aggregation pacts, Defensive pact , ther shuld be an trade deal with your neighbor or some within diplomatic range and your ships can react (in addition to event for trade). the level of trade tec in shuld decide the income and nr of countrys, and also trade with inn your realm, it can be done by adding 1 trade value to economic building, and reduce the direct gold value by half.
the ships that are not raised they should generate money, like the nr of ships * nr coastal holdings ( include allies and trade partner)* gold eg 0,1 or 0,5.

a change i tec, the pagans and Norse cultures should be able to navigate the major rivers at ship level 1 Shipbuilding in capital, all others need to wait to lever 4 or 5.

there should be create trace post and Merchant Republic among the major rivers.

the culture specific buliding shuld be available to town and tempes too.


and dread shoud function in opinion. like kind vs dread, if you have one hige your vassal to have a higer opinion of you.
with hige dread after a killing a subjekt, it should reduce revolt risk, and increase it if the subjekt think your to tyrannical, if they think ther next.

some function to add the realism that i dont know if the ai can handle.
to cross major rivers you need to buildt a fort (bridge) to cross it or have ships Raised , or have the
Infrastructure building (from blodline buildings) in one of the holdings that are under your or allied control. (include occupied).


all strait crossing should be removed.
