how did you do it?
I get stuck in Axis(otherwise Germany gives bulgaria my provinces, or if i conquer Bulgaria first- Allies get involved)

It seems they improved slighty the AI because when i attack one province next to the other occupied by the enemy, the enemy now sees and act in order to doesnt make me reaching their province. 1.9 this not occur so
