I am not sure what I am doing wrong, my population right now is 16K, with a mix mix of high and low res.

I have a mixture of hospitals and clinics, that can heal capacity of 2700 spread through my city, I am still only on one tile.

My sewage seems to be working, and I noticed majority of sick and dead are in the high residential area.

Make sure you're not sending them dirty ground water or waste water. This is the most common problem.

If you have water towers make sure there is absolutely 0 ground pollution below it. Just one nearby industrial building is all it takes.

That was it, I feel so stupid..I can't believe this entire time I reversed my water pumping with sewer drains. I got mixed up with the way the current goes.

I can't believe I did it for so long, LOL but the good thing i was able to fix my mistake, and now my city is super happy and population about to hit 20k

Thanks!
