The mods I'm using are Ironman compatible, even without any mods enabled I still get the same result

Better Air Wing Deployment

Tried to attack Poland with same save of Roman Empire, trained 20 paratroopers with enough transports, paratroopers landed, nothing. Multiple attempts conducted, nothing. Came to see reddit users tried multiple times and get it eventually but it's 7 months ago and I don't think it's working properly in current version.
