Regarding TS: If you are at war, crash, and nobody notice while you get invaded and force-annexed, blame yourself if you haven't been able to notify the rest of your status.

As I said, there just isn't time to edit every stupid thing the AI does. I will fix what I notice while I'm doing other stuff. If they're still a Hungarian vassal at the end of this session, I'll fix it for next week. For now these edits stand. If you have any requests for edits, please make them 24 hours before game time, same time limit as AAR posting.

Eh, i didnt know you could edit vassals out of the AI. It looks rather silly to me, but hell, if you can, then i obvious want certain AIs to be edited out.
If you can understand Portuguese, then, by all means, i will join. My english is so bad that you will understand it as well as portuguese. I can grunt like a pig if you want, but apart from that i doubt i can do much in TS. :rofl:

jorian, what I said about edit requests applies to you too. For this session you're just going to have to live without being of the dynasty Konstantin. And let's be clear: I am not editing anyone's health, fertility, piety, culture, religion, or prestige for you. And ye gods, especially not all six! Everybody else has accepted whatever starting position they have; so will you. I'm sorry to be blunt, but I don't think you have quite grasped the nature of MP games, which is that the other players do not exist merely as foils for your brilliance. If your dynasty dies because of random events and you insisting on being the only male of your dynasty in the world, that's just too bad. If you look back to page nine or so, you will observe Blayne being rather noisy about not wanting China to be nerfed, and about wanting to play Byzantium. I'm going to give you the same advice I gave him: If you feel that you cannot play without all these special conditions being observed, that is fine, but you should then go play SP where you can edit to your hearts' content. In MP, different restrictions apply.
Incidentally, we have a perfectly good thread for edit requests: It's this one. You don't need to spam my PM box, I have a hard time keeping it empty enough for diplomacy.
I'm willing to do DNA edits, if they are requested in good time; so if anyone else has a particular look they want for their character, please feel free to say so. But again: 24 hours before game time, or no edit.

I will repeat again just in case you didnt hear what i said - you got all your prestige from the AIs that pledged to you.
Load up the save Duchy_of_Provence_1083_april_5. You are still at war vs Sweden. Check your prestige - 3600. Means, you barely got 100 prestige from peacing Sweden, since your prestige at the end was about 3700.
You can check the saves to confirm what i am saying, if you really doubt my word.

We have had issues with this before, you and I. You may recall how it ended: Traveler and Blackeye both left the Great Game. I'm not having that happen again. In fact, that episode is the main reason I was so insistent on having a dictator GM for this game, so that there would be a single person able to enforce politeness. You may have thought that this:
was a mere guideline, or didn't apply outside the game, or somehow doesn't include you. Let me inform you that you were mistaken. It applies to everyone posting in this thread, I will enforce it, and it particularly applies to you, because you have a mouth the size of Castille.
Now, about the prestige. I followed your advice and checked the 1083_April_5 save. You are correct, I have 3672 prestige while at war with Sweden. However, unlike you, I also checked the 1082_April_12 save. In this save I have 2126 prestige, and am at war with the Duchy of Vastergotland as well as Sweden. In fact, Dal, the only county the Duchy owns, is about to fall. If you let the game run for about two weeks until the siege of Dal ends, then peace out Vastergotland for vassalisation, you will see Norway's prestige jump to 3644. Meaning that 500 is an absolutely vast over-estimate of my prestige gain from vassalisations. In fact, I deliberately over-estimated it to be completely sure I would not gain any unfair advantage from those stupid vassalisations.
Now then. It is just possible that I am being a touch heavy-handed about the politeness, since it was directed at me. Sterkarm, as deputy GM, would you please let me know if you think this is the case? Please note that I'm aware of some previous cases of people shouting and being rude; the reason I didn't try to squelch that is not inconsistency, but because I wasn't GM at the time and didn't have the authority. So it would be much appreciated if nobody tries to demonstrate my hypocrisy with quotes from before I was GM. Thanks.
