There isn't a Norse/Tribal themed Royal Court? Very surprising and disappointing to find that out.

Was looking forward to seeing my Norse Pagan ruler in his longhouse with a crackling hearth in the middle of the floor, but instead he's sitting in what looks like a high medieval throne room in France. Lame.

Please consider adding more cultural court rooms.

The game is called Crusader Kings, not Raiding Vikings. The game design shouldn't be built around giving special mechanics and graphics to a culture that is fated to be replaced in the early mid-game, mainly because that results in the game locking, rather than unlocking mechanics during progression. In other words, if all the cool stuff happens from 867-1050, then few people will play into the late game.

If the game is called Crusader Kings... then why include religions other than Christianity and Islam? Why include cultures that have never had anything to do with the Crusades? Why make the map go all the way to India and beyond? And who says Viking culture has to be replaced/eliminated at some point in the game?

It seems to me a very, very weak objection.

Yes but they had the first dlc, so should get some unique flavour to their throne room.

Outside of player hands yes, but as the player normally only looks at their own court room, the player will also likely prevent norse from splitting by uniting Scandinavia
mainly because that results in the game locking, rather than unlocking mechanics during progression. In other words, if all the cool stuff happens from 867-1050, then few people will play into the late game.
But all that changes from norse to Norwegian/Danish/Swedish is name changes, most innovations are kept, runestones can still be erected, just no more Scandinavian adventures
