Hmm... you may have trouble coming up with a planet which is primarily boreal, anyway. I'd think that most with significant boreal forests would be classed as tundra or arctic anyway.

It does seem to be splitting hairs a bit. Do we want something part way between continental and ocean? Desert and arid? There are planetary modifiers and different terrains on the tiles. Maybe that should be enough.
