The first game mechanic bug I want to adress is the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact. In my current Soviet Union game, romanian went with the communist tree and joined Commintern (My faction), after Germany went to war with the Allies, I then went being busy going to war the the middle eastern nations through focus wargoals.

After finishing with Iraq and puppeting them, I moved the camera to Romania and then I just seen the Axis being at war with Romania, despite the Romanians being in the Commintern and I have Molotov-Ribbentrop pact with them, means I have Non-aggression pact with them.

I know why the war happened, It's because hungary started laying claims on Romania (Going by It's default historical tree), regardless if Romania is in Commintern and having Molotov-Ribbentrop pact.

Note, this didnt happen just once, I had one game as Communist Greece where I joined the Commintern to gain their protection, yet italy still just out of nowhere declared war one me by It's focus tree, even if the Soviets have Non-aggression/Molotov-Ribbentrop pact with the Axis.

I know that perhaps It's because I'm very inflexible in my playstyle, since I focus on long-term planning rather than adapting to the situation, but still, this gamey mechanic bug issue kinda ruins and breaks the point of having Non-Aggression pact between 2 major nation faction leaders.

The second thing I want to address is the Indian focus tree and gameplay and how It's literaly impossible to win a civil war against british raj when you want to go either Fascist or Communist.
In my last playthrough as India/British Raj, which was something like 2 years ago already, I remember I spent time building up the military and equipment to prepare for Civil war for independence against Britain, I went with the Fascist support. So what happened is, when I started the Civil war as Fascist india against British Raj and the entirety of the Allies, Most of my Divisions are gone, and more than half of my equipment is also gone.

I couldn't even train new divisions because I didnt have enough manpower for some reason, so I just ended up being completely steamrolled by the Allies. That was with the fact that the Allies we're also at war with the Axis and France was occupied by Germany.

This is also happened in my Recent Soviet playthrough, the Indian Communist rebels asked me of my support in their civil war, and I agreed. When the Civil war started, I sent crap-ton of spare equipment to the Indian Communist Rebels, I did also sent then attache to boost their War support, yet they still got completely steamrolled with all the support I provided them.

I think Paradox need to work much better on the British Raj/Indian focus tree, because the Fascist/Communist rebels are waaaay too weak to be able to overthrow the British rule.

When I've done the Indian Civil War I try to do it before WWII starts. In my experience the Raj have never called in the Allies for support without them being at war prior.

When I've done Indian civil war I've always started it around the time Germany pushes France, and joined the axis. In my experience the allies are too preoccupied with Germany to support the Raj. I'll bet its even better to DoW after Japan invades Malaysia and join the Co-Prosperity Sphere, since you'd get direct support from Japan. You shouldn't DoW if the Allies don't have any active fronts, because that means you are the single front and they focus you. Fighting Allies as a communist minor is always a bad idea, because you either get to fight alone or fight both allies and axis and weaken the Soviets by cutting them off from allied trade and lend lease.
