This is really simple suggestion. Please make theocracy heir age a bit more random. Right now it is always exactly 35 years. I don't think that there was ever any restriction like that in history (well, nominating a heir in current ruler lifetime was not an universal idea in all ingame theocracies anyway). Perhaps it can be randomized, like heir stats, and only some kind of lower constraint be imposed (or totally random age + 20).

Doesn't it have to do with how old a clergy member usually is to reach higher ranks as to actually become a "heir"? I think 20 is low, maybe setting a lower minimum is fine.

Well, there were like 2 popes who didn't reach 20 years at their election. Simony can do wonders with that. Anyway, 35 years is kind of low as well for a standard nomination for archbishop or grand master. Not to say that they were usually chosen after the death of previous one, not on the time of their nomination.
