Didn't Johann say something about the next major DLC would be a theocracy one a while ago? What exactly does that mean, so is it going to just an improvement on the catholic church with playable theocracies and events? I can already assume there is going to be papal elections and cardinals included in it, with some good-old fashion papal corruption satire events thrown in as well.
I hope that is not all to the DLC because I would really like to see an improved Holy Roman Empire as well in it, since a major part of the HRE was the pope and the catholic church. Such as making the dukes more independent, making an unchangeable crown authority law for them drastically lowering vassal levies, and removing the independence causus beli from their vassals since it would make no sense for them to declare independence.

From what I hear all possible factions and government except the Pope are meant to be playable once all DLC are out, but I have heard nothing of what will be the next DLC, not counting the Greek face thing of course.

I remember reading that they would now focus on theocracy and papacy, something like this. So I think we can expect to see a Theocracy DLC before the most wanted Republic or Pagan (buahaha)

Hopefully any such DLC will give more interesting starts for them, and not just two or three crusader orders with a tiny realm.
