Their Finest Hour not responding

So I just bought the game (85% off) and along with their finest hour expansion. But when I press start game on the launcher nothing happened; the launcher just closes and I don't see the game starting. What is the problem with this? Is it required for me to buy all the DLCs in order to play their finest hour? If so, I want my money back!!

You do need Semper Fi and For the Motherland to run that last expansion. There's a warning on Steam.
