After the worm decided to wrap itself around my home system's star, two key bugs appeared. First the new planets that appear have broken planetary features. They have a single feature that gives things like +3 minerals, or +2 physics research. It looks like the raw resource bonuses you used to get pre-2.2, and not jobs using the new pop system. Also the planetary features have weird names in game consisting of abbreviation and underscores.

Two, my home star became a black hole, but I cannot build a Black Hole observatory on it. The tool tip says "Requires a black hole in the system".

On a final note, does anyone know where the bug report form is? I spent literally 24 minutes just now, googling, scrolling through the forum, linking my steam account, scrolling some more, and nothing!

Bug report forum, it's visible once the syncing with Steam has happened and shown you own Stellaris. It might take an hour or so to sync.

This also happens to the First League capital- the Ecumenopolis generates with oddly-named planetary features each providing +10 research in one field.

This issue has always been present- the change into a black hole has always been purely aesthetic.
