A Random Update
With the arrival of German reinforcements, the battle of Orleans quickly turned to the Germans favor, and by November 15th the battle was all but decided.
Meanwhile the outnumbered Allies were holding their own in the battle of Dijon.
From the "I told you so" department, we find that the Serbs launched a counter attack to retake Belgrade, for which the Austrians were (to everyone's surprise) unprepared.
On the diplomatic front...
I think we need to get the Greeks in as quickly as possible before the Serbs annex all of Austria.
The Belgians had been sending numerous peace deals, and it seemed time to finally accept their surrender. What I wanted from the Belgians was the Congo, and the southern half of the country. In addition to this Belgium would come under the German Economic Union (which I interpret as satellite status). Since I did not control the provinces in the Congo, I was unable to send the peace deal that I wanted to the Belgians, so I took this approach...
1. Belgium was made a German Satellite
2. All Belgian land in Europe was placed under German administration pending a future treaty in which some of those lands would be traded for the Belgian lands in the Congo
3. Belgian cores in the Congo were removed
I think this would be a historically plausible peace deal (though I know some may disagree) as the Belgians were completely defeated, and there appears to be no hope of the Allies saving them. Therefore they are better off conceding the Congo, and some territory to the Germans now rather than face harsher terms after a total German victory.
Off the African coast, the High Seas Fleet was engaged with a small British cruiser squadron (more on this later), and the battle of Accra slowly dragged on.
