I can get some of the CoAs for the new countries (ie., the "U" countries at the end) but most of them, I can not

The AGCEEP, MyMAP and Europa Pourtugalis have one, so we should too!

Why don't you borrow everywhere? , at least for "An EU2 Scenario for Jimbo_Jules". Find the same country CoAs and rename that file with Tag of WATK.

"An EU2 Scenario for Jimbo_Jules" is not EGUFSM, it is vanilla.

It's not that hard of a choir actually. All the vanilla countries are already egufsmed, so you'd only have to do the countries he additionally introduced, which you may find in places like EGUFSM AGCEEP or request in the requests thread. A hour of work, tops (if you discard the time of waiting for someone doing your requests).

Then it would be equally beneficial for you to do it for those others
