The Will There Be A Dev Diary conclave meeting

The council meets to discuss the central question at hand: will we have a dev diary today? Our faction is growing in numbers, and I have a Procure Dev Diary plot with a lot of power (though abysmal secrecy). Will King Paradox give in, and set forth the course of the realm?

Will the next patch add China to the map? Will Byzantium finally be nerfed? Will Byzantium finally be buffed? Why can I devour the children in my prison, but not educate them to my culture?

All those questions shall be answered if the elusive @Paradox releases their missive and magna carta. Or if they leave anything out, there will be next week's diary!
