There wasn't one already?

Not officially, no.
Although, making a separate "reactionary" faction really wouldn't serve any purpose either, exept for maybe showing the actual percentage of 'dem oldschoolers. I mean, there's no way that the Tory party would split right now and we feudalists are a minority and will always be that, so this "Labour situation" wouldn't happen either.
As I said, I'm quite happy with what I have right now, I found my niche at last. But that doesn't mean I won't create a pirate radio called "Radio Powell" soon. And by "soon" I mean like right this goddamn minute if those filthy socialists won't step down!

Edit: Actually that's a great idea, I'll get right on that. Amazing world of pirate media, here I come.

Yay! Victory for the left! Also, I stake a claim to Isington North, The smallest constituency out there!

If you could actually make good arguments against our liberalism... ;)
We would, and have, but it's clear you've chosen to ignore said arguments (such as those by Mister Antonine). Also...
The rigid dogma puts people off almost as much as the stupidity behind it does. ;)
The Right Honourable Mister Tanzhang's remark here applies too.

Well, I meant unofficially, and not entirely in the fashion that is afflicting the Labour party, rather that there was, certainly, a sizeable portion of the Tories who felt the same way.

I bet they're all members of the Monday club. ;)

The 'debates' around here are getting pretty ugly...

I guess some of us are just tired of the same old crap which we got sick of the first time we heard it, let alone the seventeenth, and others seem totally oblivious to this, but are more than happy to accuse others of circle-jerking when they talk about something - anything - which isn't that same old crap. :)

It's a new AAR, and I'd like to see fresh new debates on fresh new subjects relevant to the period in which it's set. Not the same old Blood and Iron stuff which was quite tiring even back when it was relatively fresh.

How about: "Whose haircut is better: Attlee's or Bevan's?" :D

Bevan's hair is actually one of his great assets. (Although I wear my hair in a somewhat similar style and am therefore biased.)

Eh, I prefer Attlee's haircut, it gives him a certain... "Wise and therefore dependable"-look, also it works GREAT with his moustache.
AND Attlee actually looks like a politician, while Bevan looks like a coalminer who decided to put on a suit for a change.

Honestly, that's probably what he is aiming for.

I dunno, Bevan kinda had this Huey Long-type look about him which fits the period and his politics, to an extent. Attlee's look kinda reminds me of Patrick Stewart. :)

Oh, comon, he doesn't look THAT gay.
Well, that's it, you got my opinion, I'll go back writing this radio-crap. Have fun, kids.

((Eh, also, the double bracets are a somewhat forgotten thing nowadays, aren't they? Not that I'm complaining, but...))

Dear lord, you just made me realize back when I made this account I still had long hair that reached the middle of my back. :p
Now it is quite short. Requires less shampoo and gets dry faster.

I don't judge people by such outward appearances as haircuts; let the hundred flowers bloom. :)
Nothing is more ridiculous than for example Best Korea forcing men to have same haircut as their glorious leader has...

((Eh, also, the double bracets are a somewhat forgotten thing nowadays, aren't they? Not that I'm complaining, but...))

I've never used them. :)

I've been there, (didn't cut my hair for 14 months) and I'll never go back. :)
