This talk of devolution is silly. Scotland and England are both integral parts of the British Union. The empire is as much Scottish as it is English. We are British, the greatest nation and the greatest culture the world has ever known. Rule Britannia.

Corrected! Frightening how powerful the electorial pact is, as the multiplier is being added to each party... Without the pact, both parties would have none, but with it, both of their votes are being tripled. I'm unsure how balanced that is, candidly.
