I object to that comment, dear sir! Why, Mr. Contravarius' extended name is as British as the reigning Royal Family.
This vote did not come with an enthusiastic brass band playing in the backround, this was a sad, disapointed vote.

Funny you should say that, actually: right now I'm torn between the Labour Party (whom I agree with on social but not on foreign policy) and the National Liberals (whom I agree with on foreign but not on social policy) and the Liberals who are a nice compromise of both, but not enough of a compromise to guarantee them my vote.
Don't succumb to the devilish nature of the Labor Party. Go and vote National Liberal and make everyone happy.

There is a strong danger of a split of the anti-socialist vote allowing Labour a healthy majority. Anti-socialists and imperialists should unite behind Churchill and the Conservatives to save our glorious Empire. A vote split between the National Liberals and Tories will doom us in the first past the post system.
