Good point, but he is the self proclaimed whip and representative for the Liberal Party. But I suppose I will wait until the election day is over, and then pop champagne Care to join the toast? XD
Nope, it's a campaign promise - totally above board. And if it's not above board then neither is your distribution of top hats.
Giving someone a good or service in return for a vote is illegal, corruption and electoral fraud
