Okay, you know how in Norway you have elections for the Storting and then you have elections for the communes? Well in Britain, Liverpool West Derby is the constituency for national elections whereas Norris Green is a commune (or a "ward" as we call it.) So in local elections you vote to elect someone to Norris Green, in parliamentary elections LWD and in Euro elections North West England. Hope that helps.

People do not like communism because it leads to totalitarianism,
people do not like anarcho-capitalism because if forces them to compete more than they would want to.
Too many people prefer rationally stable incomes over having to fight and compete for their incomes, they prefer that some organization should plan for them, so they can keep their solid incomes without having to work hard or competitively to keep their jobs.
They fear the market, they fear that they might have to actually meet the demands of the market forces instead of just hanging around while the state keeps stealing for them so that they can enjoy free meals.

Okay, you know how in Norway you have elections for the Storting and then you have elections for the communes? Well in Britain, Liverpool West Derby is the constituency for national elections whereas Norris Green is a commune (or a "ward" as we call it.) It is easier to understand these differences when you're born in that country and grown up with it's system. And FYI Liverpool would be a "commune" or part of one. Well in Britain as you know we don't do that, we divide the big constituencies into smaller ones (so for instance, the people in "Trondheim East" vote for one MP, say yourself, while the People of "Trondheim West" vote for someone else, me say.) Well, at local elections we divide those constituencies further into "communes" (so for instance "Trondheim East" might be divided into three separate communes who each elect one councilor while the same goes for "Trondheim West.")

The only thing you said is that Norris Green is not in the Parliament. Hence why I said I would be a local politician. But if you want me to be in the Parliament go ahead and give me a place in Liverpool (I assume that is a place one can represent because of one already do it in the Parliament list Blair presented) or Manchester or the near area I can represent.

And btw it is the counties the representors in the Parliament are elected from. Further more it is also elections for the counties and the communes they are divided into. Cities are again divided into city parts.

Yeah, each of the provinces/counties is one parliamentary constituency. So if Trondheim were a country then Trondheim would be a constituency.

Further more it is also elections for the counties and the communes they are divided into. Cities are again divided into city parts.

The closes British equivalent to that would be the devolved parliaments which don't exist yet - hence why I didn't mention it in my example as it wouldn't be relevant.
