Actually Tommy, since we're on the subject: why don't the Liberals have home rule (by which I mean devolution) for Scotland and Wales as a policy given that it's one of the two uniquely Liberal policies of this era? (the other being electoral reform)

This AAR has encouraged me to re-read the actual 1945 Liberal manifesto, and by Gladstone I'm shocked as to just how forward-thinking that document was, especially in regards to women's rights. I hate myself for voting Labour now...

I'm not forcing the said forum member to vote for some party, I just merely informed her that there is a new cool AAR written by Tommy.
Advertising for AARs is okay in ones signatures and between personal messages between two users, but launching a campaign to support some specific faction that exists within an AAR is considered as outside campaigning.

Nevertheless, In the interests of political neutrality you may want to inform Khalep as well.
I think so long as you aren't campaigning in other parts of the forum it is okay. But don't go posting in other threads, just to be sure - PMs should be fine though.
With 37 votes already turnout is looking really strong, I expected slightly less votes than the usual 40-50 we got in Blood and Iron due to this being a less popular sub forum, but looks like my expectations will be exceeded.
As it stands in the polls, the Tories are agonisingly close to a majority in their own right but would be able to form a coalition with the Nat Libs. Labour are very close to crossing the 25% threshold (less than 1%) and the Nat Libs are only just above the 15% threshold - so there is still everything to play for!

How are the non-apostate Liberals and the Bolshies doing?
Oh, and leave out certain politically-inspired usergroups also. I don't want to get into a pointless argument over what constitutes racism in this AAR...
CPGB comfortably over 15% - meanings they will get decent representation in parliament, the Liberals in real danger of falling bellow the 10% mark. They have 4 votes out of a total of 37 - one more and they would probably be safe above 10% but without it they are likely to suffer the 0.25 vote weighting.
